After completing your booking, close the payment page and log in to your childcare voucher provider to make the payment. Then email us the confirmation.

Important Notes
Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice or immediately if your booking starts within 7 days.

Bookings may not be confirmed, and children cannot attend if payment is not received on time.
Cancellation policies apply, and you will be charged for booked sessions unless proper notice is given.
Voucher payments can take 4-5 days, so we advise making the payment as soon as you complete your booking. Use your order number or child’s full name as the reference.

Please note: Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended, preventing future bookings.
